This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for Sound Testing Services at Edwards AFB and Nellis AFB. The resulting contract will be a single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with a 5-year ordering period. The evaluation will use a Best Value Tradeoff approach, where past performance and technical capability are significantly more important than price.
