Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – FA930225Q0063 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This is a request for quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote/offer which shall be considered by the agency. (iii) This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 as of 11 June 2025, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 2025-0117 as of 17 Jan 2025 and Department Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulations (DAFFARS) as of 16 Oct 2024. (iv) This is a commercial acquisition with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Under NAICS for this requirement is 541519 with a business size standard of $30M. The CLIN below as also identified within solicitation FA930225Q0063. Full description of item is spelled out; these represent an estimated maximum quantity for each item. However, the Government reserves the right to order none, some, or more than the estimated quantities of each item solely based upon its needs. See the attached solicitation for details. CLIN 0001: Brand Name- Solipsys Product ID# 054Y0-040CC-DSDPR-01/ Multi Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) support. 12 Month 24x7 Phone and Email Support for MSCT / MSCT w/Failover RTU - all versions supported – 1 per license - includes support for an MSCT Display Server and up to ten (10) MSCT Display Right to Use Licenses - includes Tier 1 Support and up to two (2) defect patch Releases per calendar year.
