This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, see attached request for quote (RFQ). The Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used for this requirement. Contractors must fill out applicable information on the Solicitation FA9302-24-Q-0096 (Standard Form 1449) attachment and complete all the provisions. Will provide further instructions for pricing on a further amendment to this solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) prior to award. Award shall not be delayed due to expired, or non-registered entities in SAM.gov. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06, DPN 20240815, and DAFAC 2024-0612. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE: 100% Small Business Set-Aside The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 484210 “Used Household and Office Goods Moving.” with a size standard of $34,000.000.00. Please see (Statement of Work (SOW), and its attachments: Inventory of Items to Move, Bldg 1400 Map, FTEL Room and Cubical Layout Plans, and Wage Determination. Description of the Requirement: Moving service for the 412th Test Engineering Group (412 TENG) Building 1400, 307 East Popson Ave. Edwards, AFB CA to the new 412 TENG Flight Test Engineering Laboratory (FTEL) Bldg. 2710 at Edwards AFB. Planned move service date/timeframe is between November 2024 and March 2025. However, the current proposed move dates are 12 November 12 through 19 November 2024, but there is potential for construction delays thus the above timeframe has been identified. Please see Statement of Work Attachment, and all attached Documents to this Solicitation. Place of Service and/or delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination, Edwards AFB, CA 93524. Any/all delivery charges must be included in the quote for FOB Destination. Again, the Period of Performance (POP) is anticipated to occur about 1 Nov 2024 or possibly as last as 1 Mar 2025, pending other logistic proceeses to happen.
