Description: This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of destruction services for 9,000 pounds of SAP materials for Edwards AFB, CA. This is expected to result in a firm-fixed price acquisition. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Solicitation document FA930224Q0032 for more information. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this RFQ are invited to submit, in writing, a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote with enough information for the Government to evaluate the requirements detailed in this RFQ. Offerors shall submit quotes via email; please note; email submittals shall be no larger than 10MB. Emails over this file size will not be received. Submit only written offers; oral, mailed and/or faxed offers will not be accepted. EVALUATION CRITERIA: This award will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation methodology. The awardee will have the quote that reflects the best value to the government considering price and technical capabilities. In order to be found technically acceptable the quote must demonstrate the contractor's ability to provide the service as outlined in the attachments. In addition, the Program Manager will evaluate quotes to determine technical acceptability. It is a pass/fail basis. If a quote fails, it will be determined to be not technically acceptable. Only one award will be made under this RFQ. Please also include the following in/with your quotes: -Availability of scheduling -Details regarding certification to perform this service in accordance with the SOW -Quote validity period -Completed fill-ins for the following Provisions (if not already included in your SAM entity data): FAR 52.209-7; Information Regarding Responsibility Matters (Oct 2018) FAR 52.223-22; Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals- Representation (Dec 2016) FAR 52.229-11; Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements-Notice and Representation (Jun 2020) DFARS 252.204-7017; Prohibition on the Acquisition of Covered Defense Telecommunications Equipment or Services Representation (May 2021) If a contract is accomplished as a result of this RFQ, all items will be structured in Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) matching those available within the attached solicitation document. ** If an alternative CLIN structure is required, please structure your quoteas such. ** Quote Submission Information: It is the Gvernment's intent to award without discussions. Therefore, each initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer (CO) determines that discussions are necessary. Offers are due by Friday, 22 March 2024 at 1:00 PM, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
