END OF AMENDMENT Description: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), CA has a requirement to provide Wire and Cable products to end users within the 412th MXG entities. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, see attached request for quote (RFQ). The Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used for this requirement. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE: 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 331420; which has a size standard of 1,000 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and DPN 20240627 and DAFAC 2023-0707. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed priced Blanket Purchase Agreement resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer(s) conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical capabilities considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; (ii) Price; Your submittals must show and demonstrate your company’s ability to meet the stated requirements outlined in this solicitation and the attachments. Period of Performance (POP) is anticipated to be five years from date of award. The Government reserves the right to issue one (1) or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) as a result of this solicitation. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (May 2024), with its offer.
