This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplements, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, AFAC 2019-1001 and DFARs DPN Last Update 6/5/2020. NAICS Code is 334290 and 750 employees respectively. Description: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) located at Edwards Air Force Base, CA is soliciting for the following: 1) Description: Quasonix S-Band Telemetry Transmitter, Mfg P/N: QSX-VSR2-1110-20-04-04AB-LD-VP; Line Item ID: E2-1164-A, Qty 15 each 2) Description: Accessory: Fan-cooled heat sink for 2" X 3" transmitter, Mfg P/N: QSX-AC-32-HS-28V-SP, Line Item ID # E2-1164-B, Qty 15 each Place of performance and acceptance shall be at Edwards Air Force Base, CA 93524. Projected lead time for Item 1) is 90 – 120 days ARO; and Item 2) is 30 days ARO. Only Quasonix Authorized Resellers will be considered for Award. Those Resellers must meet the requirements described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis/solicitation. This is a request for quotes (RFQ). The government will be evaluating quotes IAW FAR 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
