This is an open-ended solicitation for innovative commercial solutions to defense test needs, which will remain active for issuing specific project calls until September 30, 2022, with all resulting awards also made by that date. Individual awards are not anticipated to exceed $100 million. The primary organizations involved are the Air Force Test Center, the Air Force Research Laboratory, and the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center. Specific opportunities, called "Calls," will be posted separately and will contain their own instructions, areas of interest, and submission details.
