This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Synopsis/Solicitation number: FA9302-20-Q0018 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation also uses the simplified acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20200506, AFFARS (AFAC) 20200423. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest priced and is technically acceptable. NAICS is 334310. FSC/SVC code is 5820. AFTC/PZIEA, Edwards AFB, CA is seeking the following requirement: See the attached file name list of parts and qty. This is the request for quotation (RFQ). This is an “All or None” acquisition; incomplete quotes will not be considered. Quote must be broke out by each system number (stated above). QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Interested parties who believe they can meet all of the requirements for the supplies described in this combined synopsis/solicitation are invited to submit a complete quote including FOB destination (Edwards AF, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation. Contractor must fill out and send required documents for FAR 52.204-24. DELIVERY: Edwards Air Force Base, CA 93524 Technical Requirements: The technical requirements are listed on the attached file name list of parts and qty. Evaluation of Offers: The government will be evaluating quotes IAW FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation --Commercial Items (OCT 2014). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price Technical capability of the offer to meet the Government requirement Government will only accept items from Cisco authorized resellers.
