This requirement is to replenish SOLBERG 3% MIL-SPEC Synthetic Fluorine-Free Foam concentrate and maintain firefighting agent supplies for fire emergency response assets at Edwards AFB. The product must be on the DoD Qualified Products List, biodegradable, and free of siloxanes and intentionally added PFAS. Award will be made on a best-value comparative-evaluation basis, with evaluation factors for technically acceptable, past performance, and price, plus a technically acceptable subfactor requiring CMMC Level 1 assessment record certification in PIEE.
