This opportunity is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Emergency Water Damage Restoration Services at Edwards AFB, Air Force Research Laboratory, and Air Force Plant 42 in California. Services will be performed at Edwards AFB, CA 93524 and Palmdale, CA 93550. The government anticipates awarding multiple BPAs on a best-value basis, evaluating price, past performance, and technical acceptability.
