This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, see attached request for quote (RFQ). The Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used for this requirement. Solicitation Number: FA9301-23-Q-0005 **Please provide the full solicitation number on all packages** Interested parties capable of meeting all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit, in writing, a complete quote including delivery FOB Destination Edwards AFB CA 93524. Offerors are required to submit their quote with enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation, including CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and date offer expires. Contractors must fill out FA9301-23-Q-0005 attachment and complete all the provisions and provide pricing within attachment 2 within the RFQ for this combined synopsis/solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) prior to award. Award shall not be delayed due to expired, or non-registered entities in SAM.gov. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, DPN 20221230, and AFAC 2022-0502. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE: 100% Small Business Set-Aside The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 325120 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Please see (Attachment 2), for a full list of required gases. Description: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), CA has a requirement to provide gases to end users within the 412th MXG facilities. Please see Statement of Work Attachment 1. Place of delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination, Edwards AFB, CA 93524. Any/all delivery charges must be included in the quote for FOB Destination. Period of Performance (POP) is anticipated to be 12 April 2023 – 11 April 2028. The Government reserves the right to issue one (1) or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) as a result of this solicitation.

The gases will be supplied to users within the 412th MXG facilities located at Edwards AFB.
