***Proposal Deadline Extended Due To Prolonged Time Acquiring Answers for Q&&A*** Cootey 20Jan@1354 Description of services to be acquired: 1 Demolition of asphalt and concrete areas that require remo... ***Proposal Deadline Extended Due To Prolonged Time Acquiring Answers for Q&&A*** Cootey 20Jan@1354 Description of services to be acquired: 1 Demolition of asphalt and concrete areas that require removal to complete repair and replacement of concrete foundations including disposal of any and all material removed. 2 The reinforced concrete pad will be formed and cast in-place with a minimum of 83 inches of usable area and ability to support up to 27,000 LBS. 3 This project requires the removal and retention of loading ramps for re installation after replacing concrete foundations throughout. A designated storage area will be allocated for use during construction. The ramps have three (3 unknown model numbers) automated cargo loading ramps which are bolted to concrete footings and welded to a steel bar at the top of the loading dock. The ramps weigh approximately 5000 pounds and support up to 27,500 pounds. A small lift may be used to remove and move ramps during construction. 4 This project will also require disconnecting of electric control panel for the ramps and reconnection.
