This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation uses the simplified acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote with shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20200605 and AFFARSs AFAC 2019-1001. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS 484210 with a size standard of $30,000,000.00. CLIN 0001 The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to relocate equipment from building 1450 to buildings 1407 and 1600 in support to new flooring project (see attached Statement of Work dated 04 May 2020). The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), 412 MXG/MXOLS, Edwards AFB, CA requires services to transport Calibration Equipment from B1450 to B1600 in support of new flooring to be installed in the Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL). The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all operations as spelled out in the Statement of Work (SOW), (see attachment 1), Dated 04 May 2020. Estimated Period of Performance shall begin: Phase I: 31 Aug 2020 to 04 Sep 2020; Phase II: 09 Nov 2020 to 13 Nov 2020. A site visit will be conducted on 20 Aug 2020 at 1000 AM at 308 E.
