This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number FA9301-20-Q-0014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08, DPN 20200605, AFAC 2019-1001. (iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. The applicable NAICS is 326299 and small business size standard is 500 employees. Ft. (vi) Description of requirement: This is a Brand Name requirement. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to remove existing 5,798 square feet of carpet and 1,568 linear feet of cove base in Building 2810, AFOSI. The contractor shall install Gerflor Creation CLIC System interlocking tiles (#0359 Wild Oak CC28) for 5,167.22 square feet and install Gerflor, GTI Max, 0264 Ponente, 24”x 24” tiles for Gym area, 1,080 square feet and install 1,568 linear feet of Type TS – Thermoset Rubber, Group I (solid): 6” (15.24 mm) Height, Burke Cove Base #701 (Black). (vii) All work is to be complete no later than 30 Days After Receipt of Order. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this solicitation. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Offers will be evaluated base on: (a) Price (b) Technical acceptability The award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. (x) All offerors must include a copy of provision 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer or have it completed and available through SAM.gov. Additionally, all offerors must complete and submit a copy of provision 52.204-24, Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, with their offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this solicitation.
