This is a market research Request for Information (RFI) for a follow-on contract to provide specialized rocket propulsion testing and facility support services. The work involves evaluating, designing, constructing, and modifying experimental research test facilities and systems, as well as performing test operations and maintaining special test equipment. Performance will require specialized knowledge of all aspects of rocket propulsion testing, from small components to launch booster-class engines. The contractor must also handle, transport, and store various propellants, including toxic, cryogenic, and explosive materials. The location for performance of services is Edwards Air Force Base.
