This is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS)/Request for Information (RFI) for the commercial purchase of industrial compressed gases, denoted as AFRL West Gases BPA III. This effort is a follow-on agreement to AFRL Gases BPA II (agreement FA9300-20-A-5000) currently being performed at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Site Support Division (AFRL RQ-W/RQI), Edwards AFB, CA. It is AFRL’s intent to provide through an AFRL managed Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) the establishment of the necessary sources for industrial gas requirements and to provide the end-users with consistent and reliable services related to the acquisition, handling and storage, and administrative aspects of Industrial Compressed Gases at Edwards AFB, CA.
