The Air Force Rocket Lab (AFRL) at Edwards AFB requires modest pressure, modest flow cryogenic ball valves for use in the Multiscale Rocket Engine Test (MRET) Facility. MRET is a new high-pressure, small-scale rocket engine test facility that is being constructed. In addition to 10,000psi flow systems, this facility has several lower pressure flow systems needed to maintain cryogenic temperatures. These valves are needed for those temperature maintenance systems.
