SOURCES SOUGHT: FA9300-20-P-5033 The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is seeking potential sources from industry on its ability to provide non-developmental or Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) items. AFRL/RQRC requires thirty (30) high?pressure transducers as part of their construction of the Multiscale Rocket Engine Test (MRET) Facility. The transducers must meet the following requirements: The minimum salient characteristics are: Pressure range of 0?12,000 psi 3 mV/V output (So, 30mV output for 10V excitation) - Excitation of 10VDC expected Nonamplified 6?pin male connector to mate with Amphenol MS3116 or MS3476 - Wiring must be D = Excitation/Supply + C = Excitation/Supply – A = Output/Signal + B = Output/Signal – E,F = 80% Internal Shunt ¼” female High Pressure pressure port Temperature compensated ?420 to 175°F range Accuracy of 0.25% of full scale or less static; total error less than 1% full scale over compensated temperature range Flight?weight body Stainless steel outer body and wetted parts In response to this Sources Sought, respondents shall submit written responses via electronic mail. Respondents shall include product specifications with submission if responding with “Equal” items. PRODUCTS: The Government is interested in receiving vendors’ capability statements for items they believe meet the need in this Sources Sought. Supplying pricing data does not imply a contractual obligation. ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. While the Government intends to use this information for future acquisition planning purposes, it will not release any information about your approach that might in any way compromise your competitive posture or proprietary information.
