AFTC/PZIA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, MacGyver Solutions, Inc., in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.1306 and as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for the procurement of UTVs meeting the technical requirements specified in Attachments 1 & 2. NAICS code 336110 will be used to meet the subject requirement. MacGyver Solutions, Inc. (CAGE code 7JP09) is a certified HUBZone small business under NAICS code 336110. As determined by the Contracting Officer, none of the exclusions at FAR 19.1304 apply, and: 1. There is not reasonable expectation, based on market research, that offers would be received from two or more HUBZone small business concerns; 2. The anticipated price of the contract will not exceed $7M; 3. The requirement is not currently being performed by an 8(a) participant under the provisions of subpart 19.8 and has not been accepted as a requirement by the SBA under Subpart 19.8; 4. The HUBZone small business concern (MacGyver Solutions, Inc.) has been determined to be a responsible contractor with respect to performance; and, 5. Award can be made at a fair and reasonable price. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received electronically by 1:00 PM CDT, on 15 July 2024. A determination by the Government to not compete with this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received may only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
