The Air Force Test Center seeks White Papers for the design, manufacture, and testing of a Prototype High-Performance Compressor System, including an Analysis of Alternatives. The primary goal is to identify innovative solutions that validate critical design elements and ensure system integration and long-term sustainment. The work will be performed at Arnold Air Force Base. White Papers will be used to assess industry capabilities and select vendors for a potential future Request for Prototype Proposal. To access the detailed Statement of Objectives, vendors must have a current basic NIST SP 800-171 assessment in SPRS and be certified in the Joint Certification Program.
