Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Government is procuring twelve 24-inch butterfly valves with manual operators and non-modulating electrical actuators, in accordance with detailed specifications and AWWA standards. The products must be delivered to Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. This is a commercial item solicitation prepared under FAR Part 12. The Government is not obligated by any costs vendors incur in preparing quotes and reserves the right not to award a contract. Performance can only begin after the issuance of a written directive or contractual document from the Contracting Officer.
