Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation set aside 100% for small businesses to procure two 50hp new rotary service air compressors, including all necessary hardware, labor, and services. The requirement is for a commercial product, and performance must adhere to the tasks in Attachment 1. The government is not obligated by any costs vendors incur in preparing a quote and reserves the right not to award a contract. A formal contractual document from the Contracting Officer is required before any performance begins.
