RWP - High Pressure Air System Expansion
The U.S. Air Force is seeking white papers for a prototype project to design, fabricate, install, and commission a High Pressure Air Storage Expansion at Arnold AFB, Tennessee, to address insufficient capacity and aging storage vessels. The project requires delivering two new, independent HPA storage systems with specific volumes (27,000 ft³ and 6,800 ft³) and operating at no less than 4,400 PSIG, integrated with existing infrastructure. White papers are due by 29 June 2026 at 1:00 PM Central Time, and offerors must meet NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification requirements. The government may award one or more Other Transaction for Prototype agreements, with evaluation based on technical approach, company experience, and cost, including a Rough Order of Magnitude estimate. No budget amount is specified, and performance is at Arnold AFB, TN.
