The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold AFB, TN, is requesting white papers to establish an independent, secondary, conditioned air supply for an existing test cell. The work encompasses all design, analysis, procurement, documentation, fabrication, installation, inspection, demonstration, and testing to deliver a functional pressure- and temperature-controlled air supply. The government may award up to two prototype agreements for the initial proof-of-concept milestones. Interested parties should note that some documents are export-controlled (Distribution D) and require verification of CAGE, Joint Certification Program status, and CMMC compliance before access is granted.
