This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small business vendors that are currently active participants in the SBA’s 8(a) program to meet the Government’s requirement to upgrade its electrical power infrastructure at Tunnel 9 with modern equipment and a resilient configuration scheme. Tunnel 9 is a Hypervelocity Wind Tunnel, an Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) asset located in Silver Spring, MD. See Attachment 1 – Statement of Objectives for additional details. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include: Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e-mail address of company point of contact. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number. Submission: Provide a capability statement and your intent to meet the subject contemplated requirement no later than 1:00 PM Central Time (CT) on 17 June 2025, via email to Ms. Brooke Vandeman at brooke.vandeman@us.af.mil. Verbal responses will NOT be accepted. Small business vendors who are currently active participants in the SBA’s 8(a) program that respond to this notice will be contacted to discuss the requirement in further detail.
