This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement to develop a standard, reusable, free-jet test article for high enthalpy facilities that can be used for workforce development, enhanced facility characterizations, multi-facility comparisons, and development of advanced instrumentation/diagnostics. The scope of this project includes design activities, fabrication, and delivery of a quantity of two, test articles and associated mounting structures.
