This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement for a 40-ton capacity, air-cooled water chiller with a minimum of two scroll compressors. See Attachment 1 – DRAFT Technical Specification Sheet. The contactor shall remove and dispose of the existing chiller (see para 3.03 of attachment), install chiller (see para 3.01 of attachment), and service/startup new chiller (see para 3.02 of attachment). Delivery of equipment and work performed is at AEDC White Oak located in Silver Spring, MD.
