The Government is conducting preliminary market research to determine interest in, and capability of, vendors to meet the following requirement: - HPA-MV1-RF: (1) 3” Schedule 160 Class 2500 RTJ Ball Valve. Body material shall be 304/316 Stainless Steel. Valve will be motor operated (480 V/60 Hz/3 Phase).The medium for this valve will be air with a design pressure of 4400 psig and a design temperature between -20 and 110 ° F. (See detail sheet Page 2 of attached DRAFT Technical Specifications for complete details) - (1) Motor Actuated 8-inch NPS Class 2500 Gate Valve Assembly: for complete specification see pages 3-18 of attached DRAFT Technical Specification Sheet - HPA-RV3-RF: (1) 3” x 4” x 4” (dual outlet) Class 600/150 RF High Pressure Air Relief Valve. Body material shall be 304/316 Stainless Steel. Pilot Operated (Modulating). (See detail sheet Page 19 of attached DRAFT Technical Specification Sheet for complete details) - HPA-MV1-RF: (1) 24" Hydraulically Operated Butterfly Valve. Body material shall be Carbon Steel.The medium for this valve will be air with a design pressure of 0-20 psia and a design temperature between -10 and 200 °.
