This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement for the security modernization of existing spaces and construction of a new modular building in support of the Hypervelocity Wind Tunnel 9, an AEDC site located in Silver Spring, MD, IAW Attachment 1 – DRAFT Technical Requirements. The total estimated contract value range for this requirement is $4M to $6M. NOTE: A more detailed version of Attachment 1 - DRAFT Technical Requirements exists. To obtain the more detailed version, your company must be a certified contractor in the Joint Certification Program (JCP).
