Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Contracting Office (AFTC/PZI), Arnold AFB, TN anticipates the release of a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) five-year contract. This contract is to provide a streamlined means to complete a broad range of paving and like projects. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, administration, and material necessary to provide paving and related appurtenance at Arnold AFB, TN. Major items of work include: Demolition of existing pavement and structures, remove and repair concrete bumpers, excavate, backfill, and compact to construct new pavements and storm sewage systems, seal pavement joint and random cracks, asphalt, and concrete pavement. Work shall be in accordance with basic contract with general specifications and individual delivery orders with individual project specifications, instructions, and performance period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction). The Business Size Standard is $45M in average annual receipts. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is not to exceed $7,000,000.00 A complete solicitation package is estimated to be released and made available only through SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities on/about 27 Mar 23 with an anticipated closing date for proposals on or about 26 April 23. No hardcopies, faxes, or emails will be available.
