Therefore, interested vendors can email the Primary and Alternate POCs assigned to this announcement to obtain the attachments.*** The purpose of this solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of Squibs IAW Attachment 1 – Technical Requirements. The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold Air Force Base located in Tennessee anticipates a recurring need for a quantity of 100 squibs on an annual basis over the course of five years; therefore, it is anticipated that a quantity of 500 squibs will be required over a five-year ordering period. To meet the Government's recurring need for squibs, a firm-fixed-price, five-year requirements-type contract (estimated available ordering period of 06 February 2023 - 05 February 2028) with a maximum ceiling of 500 squibs is contemplated. The initial delivery order, which will also be the minimum guarantee, will be for a quantity of 46 squibs. Delivery to Arnold AFB for the initial delivery order, and subsequent delivery orders, is 40-weeks after receipt of order (WARO). Subsequent delivery orders will be placed as funding becomes available throughout the five-year ordering period.
