This is a synopsis of proposed contract action for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207. The proposed contract action is for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) requirement for five Vision Research VEO 710L cameras with Fast Options in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. All items are to be delivered Free on Board (FOB) Destination to Arnold AFB, TN within six weeks after receipt of order. The Government plans to solicit and award one single source firm-fixed-priced (FFP) purchase order to Vision Research, Inc., 100 Dey Road, Wayne, NJ 07470-4633. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Questions and comments regarding this notice are due no later than 12:00 p.m. CDT on 12 October 2022 and shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Haley Smith, at haley.smith.10@us.af.mil.
