AFTC/PZIA located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, National K Works (NKW) Partnership LTD (cage code 7FNF1), to provide S-1 High Pressure Section Adapters and barrel components in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 - S-1 Barrel SOO, Attachment 2 - VS635926.033 (HPSA), and Attachment 3 - VS635926.044 (Barrels), as authorized by 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, 41 U.S.C 1901. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received electronically by 3:00 PM CST, 21 November 2023. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received may only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
