This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement for one, electrically powered air heater assembly, including all associated hardware and instrumentation required for operation, maintenance, control, and health monitoring of the heater in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 – DRAFT Statement of Work (Dist A). Delivery is required to Arnold Air Force Base, TN. NOTE: There is a more detailed Statement of Work (SOW) for this requirement; however, it is marked “Distribution C”. As such, distribution is only authorized to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only. To obtain the more detailed version of the SOW, your company must be a certified contractor in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). For more information about this program, please visit the following Defense Logistics Agency website: https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/#general-instructions If your company is currently a JCP certified contractor: to request the more detailed SOW, provide the Contracting Officer with your company’s approved DD Form 2345 via email at brooke.vandeman@us.af.mil. Upon confirmation of your company’s JCP certification status, the Contracting Officer will release the document to your company’s authorized Data Custodian for further dissemination.
