Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Contracting Office (AEDC/PZI), Arnold AFB, TN anticipates the release of a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) five-year contract. This contract is to provide a streamlined means to complete a broad range of paving and like projects. This will be a small business set-aside. Work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, administration and material necessary to provide paving and related appurtenance at Arnold AFB, TN. Major items of work include: Demolition of existing pavement and structures, remove and repair concrete bumpers, excavate, backfill and compact to construct new pavements and storm sewage systems, seal pavement joint and random cracks, asphalt and concrete pavement. Work shall be in accordance with basic contract with general specifications and individual delivery orders with individual project specifications, instructions, and performance period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction). The Business Size Standard is $39.5M in average annual receipts. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is not to exceed $4,900,000 A complete solicitation package is scheduled to be released and made available only through the SAM.gov during the month of July/August 2022 with an anticipated closing date for proposals on or about 30 August 2022. No hardcopies, faxes, or emails will be available.
