The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver a new fully functional Inductively Coupled Plasma/Mass Spectrometer for Arnold Engineering and Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold AFB, TN in accordance with (IAW) the attached specifications.
