Amendment 1, 15 Sept 2020: This amendment is to amend sections 3.1.12 and 3.1.15 the Statement of Work (SOW), extend the due date of the RFQ to 18 Sept 2020, and post the questions and answers. See attachments for details. This solicitation is for the delivery of a brand name Bently Nevada vibrational analyzer VB8 with appropriate cables, accelerometer sensors, and tachometer. Please see all attachments for full details. The Government intends to award one (1) (FFP) contract, resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoters whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is both the lowest price and technically acceptable (LPTA). The products shall be based on a commercially available product. The products in the SOW shall be delivered to AEDC White Oak, Tunnel 9 10905 New Hampshire Ave. Bldg. 405 Silver Spring, MD 20903-1050 no later than eight (8) weeks after receipt of award (WARO).
