The Department of the Air Force is establishing the AEDC Velocity Alliance, a strategic consortium to accelerate the modernization of national test infrastructure through a multi-billion dollar portfolio of complex engineering and construction projects. The initiative aims to create a pre-qualified industrial base, and all future projects will be competed exclusively among Alliance members. The Government plans to onboard members in multiple phases, with the overall whitepaper submission opportunity remaining active until 30 September 2032. Performance is associated with the Arnold Engineering Development Complex. Interested vendors must submit whitepapers and satisfy all mandatory onboarding criteria.
