The total estimated contract value range for this requirement is $20M to $35M for an anticipated duration of five years. If your company lacks sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how the company would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to perform that portion of the requirement (i.e., teaming, subcontracting, etc.) Identify any areas of work that your company believes should be broken out exclusively for Small Business. Identify any issues for Trade Agreements Act compliance or Buy American Act compliance. This includes, but is not limited to manufacturing location, manufacturing percentage at a component cost level. Questions and Concerns shall be complied into a singular document to the Government.
