This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the design and install HVAC Climate Control Solution system at AEDC Tunnel 9 Silver Spring, MD. This document is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, and subpart 13.5 as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
