The sources sought does not constitute anInvitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, nor a Request for Quotations, and is not to beconstrued as a commitment by the government to issue a contract or otherwise pay for theinformation solicited. •Work includes providing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to perform various pavingprojects at Arnold AFB, Tennessee. Each task order will contain a Statement of Work, drawingpackage, and estimated quantities as applicable, which will identify scopes of specific taskorders.
