The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Arnold AFB, TN has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to EWA Government Systems, Inc., 13873 Park Center Rd, Ste 500, Herndon, VA 20171, for two radiometric, one Ultraviolet (UV) and one Near Ultraviolet (NUV), imagers. EWA is the only known vendor, after sources sought and capability statement submission and review, able to meet all of the specifications for both the UV and NUV imagers, and do so within the 24 week delivery requirement. The specifications are below. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511, which has a size standard of 1,250 employees.The anticipated award date of this contract is 28 February 2022. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Although the Government intends to solicit and award this requirement as a sole source, responsisble and capable vendors may submit a capability statement to be considered by the Government if received no later than 12pm CST, Wednesday, February 3, 2022. After receipt of any responses to this notice, the Government has the sole discretion to determine not to compete this action in response to anything received.
