Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold AFB, TN requires two (2) focal plane array (FPA) Infrared (IR) Imaging Systems operating in the MWIR and LWIR spectral regions. These two systems will be used to upgrade an existing multi-spectral imaging system operated by AEDC. Each of the two types has specific radiometric performance requirements, while both instruments must share common operational characteristics and software (in two discrete systems). Both requirements are intended to be fulfilled by off-the shelf commercially available systems. Offerors can find full details of the requirement in Attachment (Atch) 1, including the delivery and acceptance locations as well as the FOB point. Please reference the applicable provisions and clauses at FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 on Atch 2. Additional clauses and provisions are included in Atch 2, as required.
