The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source Requirements Contract to FLIR Systems, 25 Esquire Rd., North Billerica, MA 01862-2501. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511, size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirements contract will provide windowing focal plane array (FPA) infrared (IR) imaging instrument systems that will form a part of a multi-spectral imaging system. The anticipated award date is 10 July 2020. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source requirements contract, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 20 June 2020 at 12:00 PM Central Time.
