We have a potential opportunity to provide flooring installation at the Travis Air Force Base - Temporary Lodging Facility (Hotel). Please provide your companies capabilities to be considered as a source to receive the Request for Quote (RFQ) when issued. The project range for the future RFQ is between $25,000 and $100,000. I have attached our Past Performance Questionnaire, please complete this document by 4:00pm CST, Friday, July 11, 2025. Completion of this questionnaire is required to be considered for eligibility to receive the RFQ when issued. Evaluation will be based on: - successful projects of similar scope and size -references, and -the past performance questionnaire.
