The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron and AFCEC seek highly qualified Design-Build teams for Rapid Delivery Projects supporting the F-47 mission at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, using a Progressive Design-Build model under an Other Transaction Agreement. The scope covers Milestones 2–4 only: a combined operations and maintenance hangar, reprogramming laboratory, simulator facility, aircraft apron with sunshades, and supporting utilities/infrastructure. The Government strongly prefers selecting one team capable of delivering all Rapid Delivery Projects but reserves the right to select up to four teams. The overall F-47 Campus is an approximately $1.057 billion programmed military construction initiative, including construction, contingency, design, construction security, and other project costs, though this amount does not represent the construction agreement value available under this AOI. The selection process is a three-phase effort—solution brief, oral presentations/pitch sessions, and full submission/negotiations—with AOI release anticipated October 30, 2026, and target initial OTA award February 5, 2027, subject to revision.
