Providing the DRAFT RFP allows potential Offerors to submit questions to the Government on the subject requirement. The Government is also open to feedback to alternative approaches that can provide the best services to the Air Force. 8(a) small businesses are encouraged to submit all questions in writing, via email no later than 15 October 2025 by 1:00 p.m. CST to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Nathan Fry, at nathan.fry.7@us.af.mil and Mr. John C. Finkenstadt at john.finkenstadt.1@us.af.mil. The purpose of this effort is for Optimized Remediation Services Columbus Air Force Base and Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. The requirement shall be completed in accordance with all applicable technical and regulatory requirements and the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 14 August 2025, Attachment 1. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be approximately 10 years from date of award. This DRAFT RFP is anticipated to be issued as a competitive Section 8(a) Set-Aside.
