This is a critical, time-sensitive commercial acquisition for 350 Teal Drones Black Widow small UAS systems from the OEM, replacing the Security Forces’ end-of-life Teal 2 fleet after the OEM ceased replacement parts and sustainment support. Each package must include the Black Widow air vehicle with integrated 3CP payload, ground control station, three high-endurance batteries, smart charger, field repair kit, tactical case, transport case, and digital operators manual. All items must be NDAA-compliant and listed on the DIU Blue UAS Cleared List, with all 350 systems delivered to LOGDET at Fort Bliss, Texas. Award will be based on technical capability and total price, and the acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the specified receipt date.
