This is a Request for Information (RFI) for advisory and assistance services to support the Air Force's Housing, Enhanced Use Lease, Lodging, and Utilities (HELU) Privatization program. The work involves four separate opportunity areas (TABs A-D) for managing over 15,000 government-owned homes at 67 CONUS and 12 OCONUS locations. The Government may award up to four separate IDIQ contracts, either as a single award for all areas or multiple awards to different contractors for combinations of the TABs. Performance of services will support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center at Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
