Book and Audiobook Point Plan
The Department of the Air Force, 772 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, seeks a contractor to provide a Book and Audiobook Point Plan Subscription in support of Air Force Libraries, with commercially available resources that support global access, including users with limited or no internet connectivity. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Quotation under FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures and is competed on a full and open basis. The solicitation has been amended, and all offerors must sign the amendment to acknowledge receipt. Offerors must describe their detailed approach to meeting the requirements in Attachment 1 (Product Description) and provide trial platform access so DAF library personnel can evaluate its capability and library. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation meets the solicitation requirements.
